
To facilitate the management of changeover of guests, drop off and collections will be made by arrangement between 9:30am -12:00pm or 2:30pm – 3:45pm
Collection and delivery of pets shall be made during our opening hours. We reserve the right to re-home pets that have not been collected within 14 days of the stated departure date and after efforts have been made to contact the owners with no response.
The health and welfare of our guests is very important to us. We cannot accept any cat without proof of up-to-date inoculations. Please remember to bring your pet's vaccination certificates. Any boarder without valid certificates will be refused entry.
Pets must also be treated for parasites and worms on a regular basis. We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal that is clearly unwell, or that we consider could be dangerous to our staff or other guests.
In the unlikely event that your pet becomes unwell during their stay they will be treated by our/your vet. This cost should be covered by your kennel or cattery insurance (up to policy maximum) unless it is a pre-existing condition. A copy of our insurance policy certificate is available to view upon request.
Please be aware that we take no responsibility for loss or damage to any bedding or toys that may be supplied by you, however caused. Whilst every care and attention is taken during boarding, responsibility for the pet can only be accepted at the owner's risk.
